Job Description
For an International Entertainment/ Retail company located in New Cairo, a Talent Acquisition specialist is needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Assist in creating team building activities and maintaining a friendly yet professional environment
- Assisting in monthly, quarterly & annual performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written, spoken & reading English language skill is a must
- Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred
- Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes
