Internship Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking to find potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and current candidate information.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices related to talent acquisition.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Help in developing and promoting the company's employer brand on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed to support the HR team.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in human resources or recruitment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
