About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Management Consultant to join our Strategic Transformation team. This role is critical to driving impactful change, developing KPIs, and shaping operational models that align with our long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy formulation and the development of KPIs
• Design and develop business models and operating models
• Implement measurement systems and monitor organizational performance
• Conduct benchmarking studies and analyses (As-Is, Gap Analysis, and other tools)
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments
• Manage and run a wide variety of transformation and consulting projects
• Facilitate risk, issue, and change management processes
• Identify project objectives, define policies and performance standards
• Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and systems
• Translate business requirements into high-quality deliverables
• Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality, value, and deadlines
• Drive knowledge management and contribute to continuous learning initiatives
  
  
  

Work collaboratively to identify and support change initiatives using development tools and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in the management consulting industry
• PMP certification is preferred
