About the job
Job Purpose:
Support in designing and implementing RCU’s digital and social media strategy to enhance brand presence, engagement, and reputation while ensuring alignment with strategic goals through data-driven content.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative digital and social media strategies to strengthen RCU’s brand identity and audience engagement.
- Supervise and co-ordinate content creation, ensuring consistency with RCU’s values and strategic messaging across all platforms.
- Assess and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns and improve reach.
- Establish and revise digital communication guidelines to guarantee cohesive and effective online distribution.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners to supply data-driven, high-impact content.
- Be in charge of monitoring trends, surveying audience feedback, and elaborating adjustments to enhance digital presence.
- Verify compliance with brand standards and ascertain that all digital channels align with RCU’s strategic objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.
- Excellent communication skills.
