Role Summary
Reporting to the Branch Manager of Saudi Arabia for Bridgestone Middle East & Africa (BSMEA), you will lead the sales team members in the branches across the region, based out of Jeddah. You will be responsible for implementing and achieving the overall sales strategy and delivering both growth and overall profitability.
Overlooking the commercial business, through an active presence in the market, you will develop and manage relationships with customers, with a focus on large scale fleet operators in KSA. Your scope will include the collection of market intelligence upon the competitive landscape, including the strategy and performance of market players, and implementing market responses.
As a Sales Manager, you will provide coaching and training to our partners across the technical aspects of the BSMEA’s products and services, mentor on sales techniques, procedures and standards to achieve organizational growth objectives. You will also collaborate with partners to activate new and existing marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
Role Requirements
Degree qualified, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the tire industry, and over 5 years’ experience within a sales management role, you will have a track record of success in the development and execution of sales strategies and development of sales teams.
Highly commercial and able to foster long- term collaborative relationships with both our distributor and customers, you will thrive within a multicultural matrix environment working across diverse markets. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in developing sales teams.
- Monitor performance of sales teams and provide direction where required.
- Extensive tire industry product knowledge.
- Confident, self-starter.
- Experience in overseeing sales support activities including sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
- Able to travel frequently as appropriate.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
