Job Description
Key Experience area (Minimum 4)
- Degree level education in similar approach
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Accountability Areas (Minimum 4)
- Develop, in conjunction with the hiring managers, the recruitment plan and strategic approach based on staffing needs per the budgeted structure and perform end-to-end recruitment to fill those needs while growing a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage full recruitment process for local staff and record allocation accurately
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of applicants’ database to ensure availability of candidates and timely response to manpower requirement
- Coordinate with BU and HO about all administrative tasks relating to the hiring process
- Assist the hiring managers with respect to filling vacant positions in line with manpower budget
- Produce status Reports ( Daily, Weekly & Monthly )
- Develop, promote and execute strategies in order to attract top talent that will support company’s overarching goals.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews for all level of positions.
- Foster trusting relationships with external business partners.
- Update the websites and government agencies in order to create a steady pipeline of potential talent and to ensure that the company is being recognized as an employer of choice among preferred candidates.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on campus recruiting events. maintaining the list of jobs excluded from the internal posting process.
- Ensure management is provided with reports and updates on a regular basis and upon request about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor performance of employment agencies and report any deficiencies when needed.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
· Work closely with marketing & IT department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
· Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
