Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing as per the approved project schedule.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow on site.

Ensure implementation of project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and verify that all works comply with approved design and safety protocols.

Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager.

Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and documentation.

Participate in site meetings and contribute to resolving technical and coordination issues.

Ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and company policies.

Assist in quantity take-offs, material approvals, and quality control procedures.

Liaise with the planning and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required resources.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in civil construction (preferably in the UAE or GCC).

Knowledge of construction standards, project specifications, and local regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site responsibilities.

Preferred Certifications

UAE Society of Engineers Membership

Safety certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent (preferred)
