Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track attendance and leaves of the Employees and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Manage the monthly payroll Overtime, bonuses, taxes, transportation and medical & social insurance calculations.
  • Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances that comply with the Egyptian labour law.
  • Receiving hiring documents such as employment contracts.
  • Preparing forms for the social insurance.

 

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree
  • Special Certification or Training Required: N/A
  • Required Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience 
  • Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite 
  • Language Requirements: Good command of English
