Job Description
Responsibilities
- Track attendance and leaves of the Employees and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Manage the monthly payroll Overtime, bonuses, taxes, transportation and medical & social insurance calculations.
- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances that comply with the Egyptian labour law.
- Receiving hiring documents such as employment contracts.
- Preparing forms for the social insurance.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree
- Special Certification or Training Required: N/A
- Required Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience
- Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite
- Language Requirements: Good command of English
