Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, exemplifying professionalism and hospitality to manage various administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management tasks as of collecting visitor details as required, handling incoming calls, driver coordination, delivery and supplier management, general office administration, organize and manage contractors for office maintenance;
  • Collaborate with team members to support office operations effectively;
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and functional;
  • Generate monthly reports;
  • Arrange appointments and manage bookings for special events;
  • Engage with different departments within TMF Group for project-based work.

 

 

Key requirements:

  • 1 year experience in an office administration role or similar;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Competent with MS Office suite and familiar with modern office technologies;
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a front-end office environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
