Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From creating emails, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Create, correspond, and send emails in a professional & timely manner
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Purchase and/or order office supplies (must be cost effective) and provide inventory control system
- Must be very hands on & quick on your feet in order to assist managers and staff in different areas of the office
- Run-errands outside of the office for management
- Ability to give excellent and accurate recommendations to staff and guests on Dubai’s location, companies, service shops, etc.
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English & Arabic
- Must be a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & organize
- Must be very knowledgable of Dubai City
