Job Description
- Prepare the time schedule for all types of shipments (air, sea and land)
- Make sure in coordination with the direct supervisor the cost of shipments to be within rules and estimations.
- Follow up and track the shipments
- Follow up the clearance of items on time to avoid any delay.
- Make sure the logistic operation is following the legislations and governmental rules.
- Make sure the needed documents are available, checked and filed.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse to make sure the efficiency of the logistics operations.
- Update the shipment status on daily basis.
- Provide the needed reports to the management and direct supervisor once requested.
- Purchase the requested items from ALRiyad partners and follow up receiving the requested items
- Communicate with the companies in regards to stock delivery with the requested quantities and qualities and re-communicated them in case any issue happened.
- Data collection and analysis of customers, competitors, suppliers
- Marketing Warehouse.
- Identifies, negotiate and implement PO, contract & framework agreements which resulting efficiencies in line with the requirements
- Maintain accurate auditable records of all procurement process which result in high process compliance.
- Coordinate with the departments’ managers to understand contract specifications and with suppliers to develop a profile of delivery capability which results ineffective market engagement.
- Follow and execute procurement department policies, authorities and processes.
- Conduct efficient and collaborative purchase activities which are actively participating in a high value adding commercial outcome.
- Prepare timely and accurate management information covering aspects of stakeholder engagement in the procurement process lifecycle which result in effective performance management and delivery of required outcomes.
- Register all purchase invoices to the system including: registering all (loading, shipping and unloading) expenses related to each shipment. Registering all volumes of the new items within the invoices.
- Perform other tasks related to the job title as directed by the supervisor and management.
