Job Description
Reporting to the Learning Manager in Dubai Mall, you will support excellence in both client experience and style / fashion expertise, in alignment with the strategy of CHANEL Middle East. You will assist the Learning Manager in order to define the training development plan for the Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique and Level Shoe Boutique, as part of the Middle East Training team. To be successful, you will demonstrate excellent organizational and engagement skills as well as the ability to influence others.
Your main responsibilities are:
Delivering impactful trainings
‒Ensure organized and streamlined planning and communication with all collaborators
‒In close alignment with the Learning Manager / Middle East & India training team, coordinate and implement training sessions / materials
‒Prepare collection trainings, Client Experience trainings, briefings and other trainings
‒Identify subject matter experts in the boutique to enrich and / or co-animate training sessions / morning briefs
‒Adapt training content according to the needs / buying of the boutiques, in communication with Management
‒Ensure content is fun, impactful and drives the business
Coaching
‒Coaching on the boutique floor
‒Following up on action plans defined by the Learning Manager, using coaching as a business lever
‒Supporting a culture of coaching and feedback in the boutique
Supporting & following up
‒Collaborate harmoniously with the Learning Manager, Retail HR, Middle East & Paris Training teams, Boutique Management
‒Follow up on the new starter process with new joiners
‒Ensure teams have done pre work before attending training sessions
‒Complete refresher training / follow ups to fully embed action plans, and floor observation to ensure training has been understood / being used
‒Proactively share regular reporting with the Learning Manager
You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a training focused role. You demonstrate excellent observation and listening skills and express yourself clearly in an engaging manner. You have a humble attitude and equality in your approach. You are passionate about developing others, have a strong client service mindset, deep cultural awareness and enjoy working within a team. You have a superb command of English. Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
