Job Description
The role primary responsibility is to play a key role in all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment cycle, performance management, & learning & development while ensuring that the department continues to meet its business and organizational objectives.
Core responsibilities:
- E-Contracts issuance & attestation on time as per ADLSA requirements.
- Apply for profession titles amendments as per ADLSA requirements.
- Apply for work permits as per ADLSA requirements.
- Validate Overtime and any allowances related to employees as per company policy and procedures.
- Applying for Business Visa's application as required.
- Facilitate communications with Embassy's to obtain visas for Business Trips and overseas training's for employees when required.
- Arrange Hotel & tickets bookings for overseas new hires & company international guests as per company policy and procedures.
- Facilitate employee's health insurance cards issuance and cancellation in a timely manner following company policies.
- Involvement in the recruitment function; by preparing & participating in job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Managing and maintaining employees documents such as; contracts, offers, employment forms, personnel information, forms etc digitally and in employees files.
- Assist in the performance management review process and outcome.
- Assist new hires with governmental procedures such as: Residency Permits, Medical Commission, CEID, finger print and similar.
- Coordinating training and development programs by liaising with external & internal training bodies as required.
- Delivery of HR related management training and induction programs.
- Answering employee inquiries and addressing employees concerns.
- Process employees' internal requests such as; letters, leaves, loans and similar as applicable by the company policies and procedures.
- Fulfillment of additional duties requested by the HR Manager as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
