Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter with a strong background in agency recruitment and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in mid to senior-level positions. This is a remote, project-based role with the potential for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior/executive level roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the status of searches.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment.
  • Proven experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for mid to senior/executive level roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment in the GCC region is a plus.
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment is desirable.
