About the role:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Admin.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department while assisting with various financial tasks.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for invoicing and payments.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team.


Candidate Profile:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is a must
