About the role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Admin.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department while assisting with various financial tasks.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for invoicing and payments.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations across departments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a must
