Job Description

AUBH seeks an energetic, creative, hard-working, and collaborative individual to serve as an Enrollment Manager to support and drive the American University of Bahrain’s undergraduate and graduate admission and enrollment goals. You will be expected to make data-informed decisions to plan, manage, and launch communication campaigns and act as a project manager for all of the department’s advertising campaigns. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

— Develop and implement an enrollment plan to recruit and retain students from lead generation to enrollment, and retention - both at the undergraduate/graduate levels.

 

— Analyze effectiveness of the process and progress of all leads through the University’s CRM platform, in addition to sharing weekly reports and top line analyses with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing Communications.

 

— Oversee and manage the day-to-day contact with prospective students and parents and act as a main point of contact to strategic teams within the Office of Admission and other relevant departments for specific communication plans to ensure students are progressing in their application journey, in a fast and efficient manner, in addition to overseeing query management and responses.

 

— Manage and lead on all recruitment-led events and activities such as roadshows, corporate events, open houses, school fairs, etc. by acting as the main point of contact for school counselors, and other stakeholders, in addition to representing the University at those events both on a local and international level.

 

— Develop and implement public relations campaigns and activities using both traditional and alternative PR. Provide creativity and enthusiasm as a writer in a fast-paced environment, supporting the team and AUBH on undergraduate recruitment and campaigns which create strong results and engage with prospective undergraduate students, their parents, and other key target groups.
