Responsibilities
- Build client relationships to be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by C – level clients
- Manage projects end to end with overall responsibility for Quality of Deliverables, Client Management and Team Management
- Lead a team of 2 – 5 Consultants
- Lead, design and finalize client deliverables, including shaping the overall problem- solving approach
- Manage a Business Development target/ KPI
Experience and Background
- 8 – 10 years of experience in a leading Strategy Consulting firm. Part of the digital consulting practice, having led multiple digital strategy, customer experience engagements
- Master's Degree from a leading institution
- Financial Services Experience is a must
- Ability to build relationships with C – level executives
- Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to lead Client Steering Committee discussions
- Track record of leading complex, international projects in strategy consulting
- Demonstrated ability to lead and convert large proposals
- Has a business development mindset and currently holds a sales target
