Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of critical digital programs aligned with the company’s transformation roadmap.
- Manage cross-functional teams across technology, business, and vendor ecosystems.
- Define and maintain project delivery timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Drive program governance and reporting across leadership layers.
- Ensure seamless handover of deployed initiatives to operations/support teams.
Requirements
- Proven years of experience in managing enterprise-scale digital delivery programs.
- Proven track record in telecom or large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and program management tools.
- Telecom industry or large enterprise consulting background preferred.
- PMP / Agile certifications are a plus.
- Transferable Iqama and immediately available candidates preferred
- Should be well versed in both English & Arabic
