Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of critical digital programs aligned with the company’s transformation roadmap.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across technology, business, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Define and maintain project delivery timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Drive program governance and reporting across leadership layers.
  • Ensure seamless handover of deployed initiatives to operations/support teams.

 

 

Requirements

  • Proven years of experience in managing enterprise-scale digital delivery programs.
  • Proven track record in telecom or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and program management tools.
  • Telecom industry or large enterprise consulting background preferred.
  • PMP / Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Transferable Iqama and immediately available candidates preferred
  • Should be well versed in both English & Arabic
