You will be working as Customer Support Specialist and will be a part of the Robotics and Discrete Automation Business Area for Consumer Segments and Service Division based in Casablanca, Morocco. In this role, you will be reporting to Sales Manager Robotics and you will be managing Service and Products execution and delivering of selected products, on time, on budget and coordinating with customers.


Your Responsibilities

  • Creating and completing bids for Service and Service parts sales based on customer specification or customer requirements or budget in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the company.
  • Ensuring complete value chain from sales order booking to receipt of customer payment for robotics orders on time and as per costing. Co-ordinating with customer about order acknowledgement, delivery, forwarder arrangements etc. to ensure on time delivery. Ensuring payment collection is happening on time. Checking order papers received from sales support for correctness and clarity.
  • Issuing purchase orders, and placing the orders on factory via Email, BOL, CSCOT and POL. Completing correspondence with factory for orders including checking, packing list, delivery details etc. Arranging dispatch of shipping documents on time to customers.
  • Placing warranty orders as per the details given by service team in SAP & in BOL and following up with factory till dispatch and returning the faulty material back to factory. Entering time sheet of service engineers in SAP system.
  • Tracking DHL shipments and allocating the costs to corresponding jobs. Tracking customs clearance accounts and coordination with broker and logistics for delivery. Maintaining sales documentation and ensuring that its compliance. Rejecting or returning of material by customers, handling Return Order in SAP and taking care of Stock movement in SAP.
  • Support month end closing with Controller and order handling team. Collaborating & supporting Sales team in sales activities or office work task. Leading and mentoring the service Team.
  • Supporting the Project Managers & Service team for smooth order execution. Monitoring and coordinating for RA division. Supporting the Project Managers during emergency situations.

Your background

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years experiences in similar job like backend sales &/or Order Handling.
  • Required understanding technical specification for electronics and electrical and product
  • Should have knowledge of order processing system and SAP /ERP systems (training will be provided) Understanding of commercial terms and conditions / Incoterms.
  • Should have fluency in English , Arabic & French languages.
