About GBS:
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
About the Team:
The Creative Agency Partners team has been and continues to be an invaluable asset to creative agencies and the entire creative ecosystem. They play a crucial role in educating and inspiring our partners, helping them bring their brands to life on the platform. They also build award-winning work and thought leadership with creative agencies. By tailoring the right programs, they support creative agencies in growing with TikTok. They sponsor and create the right marketing activities for our creative industry and develop creative content for our partners. Their inspiration and demand generation efforts are further complemented by the TikTok Creative Operations Team, which fulfills creative needs through technology, creative products, and platform solutions.
This role is based in the United Arab Emirates, in our Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of interface and thought leader for their assigned creative agencies, partnering with agency management across business, strategy and creative functions.
- Establish TikTok as a leading brand building and business driving platform across creative agencies' decision makers, pushing the boundaries of creativity top-down.
- Drive growth through a strategic focus on creative agencies' top accounts (across the Key Account List & Media Account List), developing and delivering education, inspiration, and co-creation activities that have an impact on the business.
- Promote creative excellence through developing and executing creative initiatives and programs that grow and celebrate TikTok creative community across the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate and unlock business opportunities within the Book of Business or new revenue streams.
- Track and report all the activities planned and carried out across the creative ecosystem on a weekly basis, tagging account-level revenue where possible in alignment with sales teams.
- Work closely with other team members to implement changes and ensure progress towards KPIs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience within a creative agency, digital agency or production company.
- Successful track record of producing and editing content for brands on digital media channels.
- A portfolio of best in class creative that connects brands with audiences in digital and beyond.
- Ability to think clearly and contribute to strategic discussions during the entire design process, from concept through completion.
- Arabic and English language skills are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly creative, organized, and able to work independently with little direction.
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit and a proven track record of building projects from the ground up.
- Best-in-class communication skills and strategic mindset, preferably with existing relationships across the Mena markets, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
