Position Summary
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the hotel's marketing objectives.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend adjustments to the strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives and events.
- Liaise with various departments, including Food and Beverage, SPA, Events, and Sales, to gather content and ensure accurate representation on social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and relevant industry professionals for collaborations and partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: A 2-year degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Public Relations,
Business Administration or related major.
Related Work Experience: At least 2-years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
