About the location:
seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

The People and Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and guests meet upon entering into the People and Culture Office. He/She will provide support to the People and Culture Department and assists with bringing the employee experience to life. The People and Culture Coordinator will share the Hotel’s passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience for our team.
Job Description:-
- Assists with coordination of social media content and day-to-day management.
- Manage all direct messages from social media channels and posts and responds to the audience professionally.
- Produce entertaining or educational material and are responsible for the contribution of information to any media in regards with hotel.
- Create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience and the ability to blend his/her content guidelines with creativity.
- Assists with coordination of social media influencer and media visits in the hotel and coordinate with the respective departments accordingly.
- Assist with planning of photo and video shoots, promotional, and other special events happening in the hotel.
- Maintain vendor relationships and support projects like printing, graphic design, and digital display.
- Assist with presentation materials for sales, marketing and PR meetings.
- Research market trends and developments relevant to the target audience.
- Knowledge and understanding of website and social media content development (primarily Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Capability to generate creative photos, videos and digital assets.
- Create internal print and digital assets including but not limited to newsletters, menus, signage, flyers, etc
- Liaise with restaurants, spa, other departments and outside partners to create promotional videos and photos for the special days.
- Update digital platforms by coordinating changes with the team and vendors.
- Acts as a brand ambassador to our Hotel and Four Seasons at all times.
- Create seasonal promotion campaigns align to drive revenue and work with PR, Sales, Reservations, Finance and Operations to ensure a smooth execution.
- Provide support and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, guests, or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
- Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Positive team attitude and willingness to assist where needed
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred
