The Role
Bring your passion for crafting outstanding customer experiences, using data to drive decisions, collaborating across Personal & Workplace Investing (PWI) and applying an agile approach to the Life Events Tribe. - Working with business and technology partners to deliver industry leading digital experiences to help our customers achieve their goals throughout all life stages.
- Facilitating critical coordination meetings across teams, which includes planning and problem-solving meetings, as needed.
- Working with product leadership, help to create and manage the scrum team’s product backlog
- Driving scrum stories to completion individually and as part of a team.
- Entering content into an enterprise content management system, validating service calls, and/or ensuring all aspects of the digital experience meet detailed business requirements.
- Proactively identifying blockers to progress and gaps in the existing experience.
- Coordinating with business and technology partners to test and deliver new Life Events experiences to market.

- Ability to help shape business problems and translate them into actionable, customer-centric stories
- Applying your strategic and analytical skills to turn customer, competitor, and industry insights into plans that drive significant customer and business impact
- Excelling in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of “getting it done,” and taking business problems from concept to implementation
- Experience working with Agile Development Teams preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years experience in Financial Services or Digital Experience preferred
The Team
As a member of the Client Solutions Business chapter embedded in the Life Events Tribe, the Consultant will collaborate across multiple teams to test, define and deliver engaging digital experiences for Fidelity Customers. This team resides within the One Stop Life Shop Domain, which is passionate about becoming our customers’ primary financial partner by delivering integrated experiences, content and solutions that are personalized and relevant in the context of their financial lives. You’ll work across PWI with technology and business colleagues to deliver on this focus. Additionally, as a member of the Client Solutions Business Chapter, you’ll receive ongoing skill and career coaching to help you grow personally and professionally.
