Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead human capital, management consultancy projects and programs.
- Study the result of analysis of the gathered data by researching through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
- Ensure the best understanding of the client needs and project scope.
- Monitor the project or program team into right direction according to project scope.
- Provide the project and portfolio management continuously with progress reports.
- Provide advice and recommendations to the clients to improve the practices and to resolve the issues.
- Recommend solutions, advice and recommendations to the advisory team.
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address the project matters.
- Assist in training and management of advisory and projects team.
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
- Monitoring of project timeline, and governance model of the project.
- Assist in the development and integration of policies.
- Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and best practices.
- Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.
- Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
- Review all project deliverables and give feedback to achieve the developing and standardization.
- Developing strategies and client-specific models.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of all project phases.
- Ensuring that the operations and activities of the projects are efficient and in the best interest of the company goals.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new employees.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology
- Number of vacancies then set the appropriate plan.
- Help the company to shape and create a planned Ideas or new business lines or new models.
- Responsible for delivering all deliverables to the stakeholder.
- Conduct meeting for reviewing with the project team.
- Attend meeting with the client to ensure achieving consulting millstones.
- Conduct sprint meeting before any phase.
- Design the framework and model for each consulting phases.
- Build and boost relationships with Clients.
- Qualify the projects outcomes and evaluate the deliverables before submitting date.
- Support business solution if needed as advising in methodologies crafting.
- English language - advance level
- Equivalent Certificate in change management, Strategy, HR, OD
- Good knowledge and skills to understand and create customized reports, and proposal to support business

- Proven experience as HR consultant
- Experience in project management, preferably HR related
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and consulting skill
