Job brief
This is an entry level for graduate role. This level will work under close supervision according to laid down Procedures and will be at Professional Development Program (PDP) in the overall operating planning process and periodic performance monitoring to achieve consistency in preparing operating budgets and developing 5 year business plan.
Responsibilities
Familiarize with operating planning guidelines, annual instructions and templates for developing operating plan and 5 year business plan.
Familiarize with set of metrics and setting of targets to provide periodic accountability performance reporting.
Learn developing final documents of the operating plan and related request for changes and amendments including making justifications for the changes.
Learn and familiarize himself with required review, analysis and consolidation of the operating plan activities.
Familiarize with monthly expenditure reports and monthly actual performance reports.
Learn and familiarize himself to work on the improvement projects and to analyze operating cost and performance reports.
Help maintaining required operating planning and Performance Management records and data.
Cooperate and coordinate with all in his group and related representatives for supporting the overall operating planning and performance management function.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems with experience from 0-2years.
Good English speaking and writing.
Good PC skills in related software.
Strong communication skills.
