Job Description

The role is responsible for executing the various sales and marketing activities, monitoring the various channels for prospective partners, and evaluating market research findings, data analysis, and presenting the findings. He/She provides market feedback to the management. In addition, he supports relationship building with existing and new buyers and vendors and organizes events and roadshows.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with company goals and values.
  • Support the development of partnership strategies and objectives to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and third-party organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of partnership projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure all partnership activities are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Track partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to by the line manager related to the nature of the work.
  • Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence, and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • A tertiary level qualification from a recognized institution.

Years & Nature of Experience

  • Recommended to be a fresh graduate to 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain in Banking / Consulting / FinTech background.
  • If with experience, would have been accountable for completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
