About The Role
The Administrator, Human Resources, will be assisting the Assistant Manager, Human Resources and providing support for all employee related matters. Your responsibilities will also include preparing reports, working with our HR systems, RAMCO and SAP, managing matters related to opening bank accounts for new employees and tracking residence visas and updating employees on all Human Resources related matters.
You will also be required to help with onboarding, ensuring employees personal files are up to date, handling requests regarding passports, handling employee requests and assisting with any employees exiting Atlantis Dubai. The role will work closely with the HR functions and business to deliver regular HR support to our employees.
About You
The successful Administrator, Human Resources candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a HR role, within a 5* hotel/resort, and have a relevant bachelor's degree and preferably have experience working within the UAE. Being proficient with MS Office is essential and having experience with HRMS such as SAP & RAMCO is extremely advantageous.
You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employee’s needs, and be professional and well groomed.
