What They Are Looking For
An Admin Affairs Officer reporting to the General Manager able to deal with all kind of paperwork. Handling registration of products with MOH and ensure compliance with government.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling all administrative issues such as preparing all the needed documents for establishing a new company, renewing all the licenses, authorized signatory documentation, company profile preparation (collecting data, preparing management report etc.)
- To set the administration systems and procedures with its documentation that control its quality for all divisions, departments, and business activities.
- To follow-up, the company's official documents like the licenses and official certificates and ensure its validity.
- To deal with the official and public authorities.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Desired Requirements
- Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Good cultural awareness and proven experience in working in the GCC region
- Previous experience in Cosmetics/Beauty/Fashion industry would be an advantage.
- Good Time Management skills
- Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Good organizational skills
